迷迭香在歐洲有 “魔法料理香草” 的稱呼，在1990年代引進台灣，耐旱少蟲害，是很適合園藝初學者的一種入門的香草。
Rosemary has the name “Magic Cuisine herb” in Europe. It was introduced to Taiwan in the 1990s and is resistant to drought and insects. It is suitable for gardening beginners.
Originally from the Mediterranean region, its fragrance has the effect of calming the nerves and helping digestion. Stems, leaves and flowers can be extracted from aromatic oils for beauty products, and are also wildly use in cooking.
There are many types of rosemary, including Lockwood Rosemary; often planted on the balcony to let it hang naturally. Severn Sea Rosemary; grow fast, the plant recommends trimming at 50 to 70 cm, often used to body care products. Rex Rosemary; good to marinade meat, which makes the meat soft, but not suitable for making tea. Variegated Rex Rosemary; can be put into the olive oil or vinegar till the fragrance released, and used as a sauce. It is also often used for skin care products.

2杯水 2 cups of water
2杯糖 2 cups of sugar
6枝迷迭香 6 sprigs of rosemary
葡萄柚迷迭香 grapefruit rosemary juice
15ml 迷迭香糖漿 15ml rosemary simple syrup
120ml 葡萄柚汁 120ml grapefruit rosemary juice
100ml 水/汽水 100ml water/sparkling water (依照口味調整 adjust by self)

Rosemary is a is a woody, perennial herb. Better with whole day sunshine.
Because of Taiwanese hot and humid in summer, the stem part often turns black during the rain season, which could happen in a day or two. It is recommended to move the plant in the house during a rainy season to keep it dry. Most of the plants can survive in summer in Taiwan.
Fertilizer; can add a little nitrogen fertilizer when entering the spring and autumn.
Easy to breed; pruning and sowing can be propagated, pruning is a major way to reproduce it. After the Mid-Autumn Festival to the end of the Dragon Boat Festival is suitable for cultivation.
Soil; suitable for sandy loam or general cultivated soil.
Pay attention to the water and humidity. Water the plant after soil has dried up.
